Prayer Pointers

Psalm 20

1. Pray that in everything, YPMers will honor God first, that they will be a holy and acceptable sacrifice.
“Those who honor me, I will honor.” 1Sam 2:30
“Seek first the kingdom of God annd His righteousness and all these things shall be added to you” Matt 6:33

2. Pray that they will not be distracted by the things in the world.
“Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is - his good, pleasing and perfect will.” =) Rom 12:2


3. Pray that YPMers will not put their trust in their own abilities, possesions and thinking but in Christ alone.
“Some trust in chariots and some in horses, but we trust in the name of the Lord our God.” Psa 20:7
